Antique Bedroom Set Walnut Bed & Dresser withMirror & Marble Victorian-Late 1800

This antique Victorian Walnut, 2 piece bedroom set has the original finish. Both pieces are in excellent condition and have beautifully carved head pieces. The head piece on the vanity is not original--it was handmade in the early 1950's to match the head piece on the bed. The vanity has 3 pieces of marble--unbroken and unstained.

There are candle stands flanking the mirror. The handles are also original and brass. This set includes: Bed--Headboard, footboard, rails and slats.

The Vanity with mirror and 3 pieces of marble; it has 2 small drawers and 2 large drawers. Also included are the original castors. Measurements are as follows: Bed--83'H x 61"W x 78"L (inside dimension of bed frame is 57"W x 74 1/4"L).

Vanity--86 1/2"H x 47"W x 18D. There are some marks and scratches, and the mirror is not completely clear, all due to the age of the set. This set was bought from an antique collector in So. California (Los Angeles County) in the early 1950's and has been in our family and treasured ever since.
