Height roughly 46.5 inches. Has minor issues, needs some minor restoration to look perfect. A few of the small knobs are chipped see pics.

There is a small portion of molding in between base and the middle piece that needs to be replaced see pics. Opening the middle storage there is a cracked piece of wood that needs to be replaced see pics. There is a small piece of molding that cracked off the base where the chair slides in see pics.

There is a small piece of molding cracked off near the upper center drawer see pics. These are all minor issues that can easily be repaired and frankly probably wouldnt be noticed if not pointed out.
