Late 19th Century Solid Oak Throne or Masonic Ceremonial Chair
A fine example of a solid oak throne chair, or possibly a Masonic ceremonial chair with burgundy velvet upholstery seat pad, arm pads, and back, with scroll arms, carved back with fleur-de-lis decoration, and nicely carved skirt and legs. Acquired in Cambridge, Massachusetts and dates circa 1890. Very good overall condition, with minimal imperfections and light expected wear from age and use. Great for your Gothic style decor!
