Antique English Late Aesthetic Movement Ornamented Syrup Jug Pitcher CCT 1865

This is a lovely what I assume syrup jug. It is dated 1863 and then it is engraved "Father " 1873 it is very ornate and you feel the history when you hold it. Imagine an entire set with this quality?
