Antique silver letter opener with pierced blade and fleur de lis handle, measuring about 7 long and weighs about 47.5g. It is marked "ITALY" on the blade.

Since Italy did not have a national hallmark system until the 1930's, I think this is an earlier piece as there is no hallmark. I have not polished it or acid tested it.
