Antique Last quarter 19th century or later Louis XV style french chest of drawer. 2 drawers are marker Bourgain-Seillier on the inside sides, one of the two has A-R stamped on the bottom. 1 Drawer has I believe U 95 SS stamped on the outer left side.

Invaluable Appraisal Note from appraiser. This appears to be a last quarter 19th century or later Louis XV style french chest of drawers, with rosewood marquetry, ornate brass pulls etc. The embossed lettering in the drawer most likely reads Seillier, just as you suggested. The font of the characters and numbers is clearly modern. There are a light damages to the veneer which can be restored. It is a very nice and small piece of furniture... This piece came from a children's home, orphanage, established in 1875. This item has not been cleaned or altered in any way.
