Antique Late Victorian 2 Tier Mahogany Carved Etagere End Table Dessert Serving

Elegant early 20th century oval tiered accent table. In the Victorian era these little tables were most often used for serving dessert. The table is made from mahogany with a crescent moon or demilune top surface supported by spindled, pierced and foliate carved supports. The lower oval surface rest upon long square tapered legs and features acanthus carved spandrels.
