Width - 46" Depth - 33.75" Height - 27.5. Made in England, circa 1900. Minor wear etc detailed below. This unique piece of furniture comes from England where it was made sometime the year, circa 1900. The wood is a splendid mahogany wood with decorative carvings and turnings. Both sides of the desk feature two drawers and each drawer has a green mask carving handle. The leather top library table rests on an elegant set of turned and fluted legs with scrolled feet and a stretcher base.

Hand-carved leaves adorn the top corners and spaces between the drawers. Recently, the top was re-done with a beautiful black leather that goes well with the dark wood.

A gold tooling around the edge of the leather helps set it off even more. The mahogany wood has incurred a number of small marks, gouges, and scratches in its life. These marks are present throughout the piece as you will see in the close up photos. They tend to add character and authenticity to the piece rather than detract from it. Two of the green mask handles are missing small pieces at the top (both of the left drawers).

Also, the scrolled feet have some small missing pieces here and there which are not very noticeable unless you are inspecting them closely. Structurally, this library table is very sturdy and sound. It has no wobble or wiggle to it. The drawers open and close very smoothly. It is a unique and beautiful piece that will look stunning in any home!

The measurement from the floor to the bottom of the drawers is 22.25. The driver does not unpack the item or move the item inside.
