Antique Silver Filigree late Ottoman Headdress Piece Necklace Anatolian

I'm still searching, but late Ottoman seems a good hit. Filigree similar, Anatolian shapes, Others without the turquoise glass. I've seen similar referred to as Necklace Dowry headdress Hair Ornament Temple Necklace. I'd hate to insult anyone, so I'll stick to Ottoman. Heres what I do know, its testing as silver 800+.

The silver has oxidised and tarnished, I will be leaving it like that. There is crescent or bow shaped filigree pendants, the design apparently influenced by the late 19th century by what is called foreign influence..
