Beautiful Pair of Antique Chairs late 1800-early 1900's
A pair of beautiful antique European side chairs from the late 1800s to early 1900s. These chairs have an elegant design with an orange and red multicoloured cotton upholstery fabric.

They stand at 33 inches tall, are 17 deep, and 21.5 inches wide. Although I do not know the exact year they were made the previous owner said The chairs were owned by a family that fled Germany in the 1930's during WW2, then moved with them to South Africa. The chairs came with them to the states when they immigrated. They mostly have been stored or used for accent, not for daily use.

They really are stunning, the seat is very thick and have heavy springs, very well made. The fabric appears to be cotton.
