Late Victorian Antique Marble Top Side Accent Table Nightstand Carved Oak

This beautiful late Victorian Period side table has a lovely carved base and a marble top. It's a great size for between two chairs, as a nightstand, or in a foyer. The base features gorgeous and subtle carvings that all come together quite nicely.

A central turned support has four arms that branch off and connect to the four swept legs. Each leg terminates in a small porcelain caster. The apron also features complimentary carvings and canted corners. Shaped skirts adorn each side.

The shaped marble top is not original to the table. It fits just a hair too small if you look closely.

Overall, the condition of this table remains very good. The marble has a small chip on the underside shown in the pictures.

The legs and base have a number of minor age separations. These cosmetic phenomenon do not affect the structural integrity of the table. Otherwise this piece remains in great shape with a lovely color. It will serve your home well for many years to come! Dimensions are 27" wide x 21" deep x 29.5 tall.
