Outstanding Antique Jacobean Throne / Arm Chair Possible Late 1800s Early 1900s
Offered is a very fine highly carved Jacobean Arm Throne Chair that has been fully restored. This piece came out of an old mansion in Tulsa Oklahoma. The mansion was built in 1937 and was owned by a very well to do oil man. He and his wife were both deceased in early 70s and the mansion was all but abandoned. It was used as a haunted house called scream in the dark that was supported by several charities. I know because I and my wife went to the haunted mansion 50 years ago. The chair height is 56 inches floor to top of chair. The width is 24 inches at the chair seat. Height from the cushion to the floor is 20 inches. Arm to arm length is 26 inches. This piece will add to any home or office decor. A matching side chair is also available for sale as shown in the photo. The ad is only an estimate.
