WE BELIEVE THE VELVET CLAD POLES AND CARVED GILT WOOD BASES TO BE EARLIER IN DATE. AS ILLUSTRATED IN THE LAST PICTURE THE BASES HAVE A REMOVABLE WEDGE FOR ANGLING INTO A ROOM/ WALKWAY. SOME LOSSES TO THE FLORAL APPLIED LEAVES, SOME STRUCTURAL WEAKNESS WERE THE LAMPS JOIN THE POLES, THIS IS DUE THE WEIGHT AND MATERIALS USED.THIS MAKES THESE RARE TO HAVE EVEN SURVIVED. COULD BE RE-WIRED OR RESTORED BACK THE HOUSING CANDLES. 96 inches / 244 cm. 12 inches / 30 cm.
